Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times & Cost
We ship across the United States. Standard shipping is free.
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed — carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods can extend them. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 8–17 business days.
Please note that we work with fulfillment partners at multiple warehouse locations, and delivery times can vary depending on which warehouse ships your order.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email within 2–5 days of your order shipping. If the tracking doesn't show movement right away, don't worry — it can take a few days for the carrier's system to update after the label is created. You can track your order anytime at [tracking page link].
Multiple Items
If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You won't pay any extra shipping for split deliveries — each shipment gets its own tracking number.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can change the address within 12 hours of ordering — contact us immediately at [support email]. After that window, orders enter processing and the address can no longer be modified. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address; if a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll offer a reshipment (shipping fee applies) or a refund minus original shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, the order is already in processing and can no longer be cancelled — but you can return it under our Return Policy once it arrives.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of the ship date, contact us at support@sentinelsupply.store and we'll either reship it or refund you in full — your choice. If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help resolve it.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement — no return shipping required.
Duties & Taxes
All applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. You will not be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery.
